1. Order Cancellation Conditions
· Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
· If the order has already been shipped or the 24-hour period has expired, cancellation will no longer be possible. After receiving the goods, the customer may exercise their right of return according to the established procedures.
Orders containing items made to the customer's specific request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Cancellation Request Procedure
To request an order cancellation, the customer must follow the following procedure:

Customer service will verify the order status and confirm if cancellation is still possible.
The customer will then receive an official cancellation confirmation or, if the order has already been shipped, instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Refund Management
In case of an approved cancellation before shipment, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Actual crediting times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
